Refund claims for express certificates must be submitted within two hours after the certificate’s issue. Owing to the expedited nature of this service, the window for refund requests is shorter. So, please review your certificate immediately upon issuance.
⇒ Online GP Video & Phone Consultations
Online GP consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 6 hours in advance. Requests for refunds for video and phone consultations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled booking time. This allows us to manage our scheduling effectively and accommodate other patients.
Once a GP provides a medical consultation, patients are no longer entitled to a refund. No matter the treatment type or outcome, once you have consulted a GP, the service has been delivered, and no refund request will be approved.
⇒ Online Prescription
Cancellation requests for online prescription services should be made within 6 hours of the order placement. There will be no refunds after the cancellation time frame has expired and our doctors have issued you a prescription. On the other hand, requests for refunds must be made within at least 4 hours of the order placement.
