- This is a sickness absence service and we cannot provide medical advise. Should you need assistance with the same- please contact your GP or nearest hospital
- Each patient is entitled to one sick certificate within a rolling three-month period. Additional certificates require booking an online GP appointment
- Please note, when you purchase a medical certificate for sickness absence. a member of our staff will make a telephone call to briefly discuss your illness, before the certificate is issued
